Statement

Scott Wolniak is an interdisciplinary visual artist working in drawing, sculpture, video and installation. His work utilizes hybrid technological and manual processes to address phenomenal, conceptual and quotidian conditions found within studio art, the natural world and everyday life. Investigating visual systems and patterns in our immediate environment, Wolniak derives subject matter from reflections on his daily life in relation to optics, metaphysics, comedy and craft.
